RGGC is normally closed to play on Mondays throughout the year. Golf outings may be held on certain Mondays from April through October as authorized by the club. To initiate application for an outing a request for consideration of your group is to be submitted to RGGC by a sponsoring bond holder of the Club.
Event Fee Per Person
- Includes Green Fee, Cart, Pro Shop Services, Range Balls, Golfers Lunch Buffet and Dinner Buffet
- A non-refundable deposit is due, along with signed Outing Agreement, to reserve date.
PLEASE NOTE: An additional deposit is due (1) month prior to the event.
Final reservation counts for golf are to be confirmed with the club staff no later than ONE WEEK prior to the date of your event.
Golf Course Play
Outings are to have a minimum of 88 players or be charged for that minimum number. Play will have a shotgun start of 1:00 pm.
RGCC reserves the right to assign carts rather than caddies to outing groups at the discretion of the Golf Professional. Golf cart traffic on the course is to be adhered to - without exception - as instructed. Notification of the number of participants should be provided to the Golf Professional no later than two weeks prior to the outing so the required number of carts will be available. If extra carts are needed due to the size of the event, the full cost of the carts will be charged to the outing. NOTE: If caddies are used in lieu of carts, the caddie fee is $35 plus appropriate tip, per bag. Included in the event fee, is a $20.00 cart credit per person. Participants are expected to supplement the difference between the cart credit and the caddie fee. The organization will be billed for any outlay necessary on the part of the Pro Shop to compensate caddies the minimum fee.
All golfers must wear appropriate golf course attire. Shorts may be worn, however, they are to be walking shorts in lieu of ‘short shorts’. No jeans. Shirts are to have sleeves and collars; no tee shirts or tank tops are permitted. Spikeless shoes are mandatory. No one will be permitted to play in spikes!! For a fee, the locker staff can change invasive over to soft spikes.
WITHOUT EXCEPTION, ALL FOOD / DRINK ASSOCIATED WITH THE OUTING IS TO BE PURCHASED FROM RGCC.
WITHOUT EXCEPTION, ALL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO AND ALL ITEMS PURCHASED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GOLF EVENT ITSELF ARE TO BE COORDINATED THROUGH THE GOLF PROFESSIONAL. The Pro Shop staff will mount golf bags on carts, distribute tee signs to designated holes (if delivered three days in advance), announce the rules of the event, provide instructions for golf cart traffic, tabulate scores, assist the Outing Chairman to select golf winners, and otherwise be available on an as needed basis
Billing for the balance of event fees, additional Pro Shop charges, will be mailed shortly following the outing to the Engager of the outing. Payment is due upon receipt. Individual cash payments for outing charges will not be accepted at the club. The outing will be billed for Greens Fees of RGGC members participating in the outing.
